15% of total contract value for cold leads, 20% for hot leads (customer ready to purchase 7x).

K.O.P. – Kick-Off Package for Basic:
Includes program fee, book, online training, certification, and 8h support for $3,200 (30% discount).

If a partner downgrades (e.g., from Gold to Silver), associated benefits adjust accordingly. Partners are required to update their use of the eZ Publish Partner logo within 30 days to reflect their new level.
